The beginning of the new century sees the data center with a mix of work, hardware, and operating systems previously undreamed of. This IBM Redbook considers how best to provide end-to-end scheduling using IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler Version 8.2, both distributed (previously known as Maestro) and mainframe (previously known as OPC) components.
